Momentum 365 Cancellation Policy

Membership Commitment

Momentum 365 is a month-to-month advisory service designed to provide consistent, year-round tax guidance and support.

Cancellation Notice

Clients may cancel their Momentum 365 membership at any time with written notice.

✔ Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: bizdesk@elitetaxgroup.biz
✔ Requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the next billing date

Billing & Refund Policy

• All monthly fees are non-refundable once billed
• If cancellation is received after billing, services will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle
• No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months

Re-Enrollment

Clients who cancel and wish to return may be subject to:
✔ A reactivation fee
✔ Updated pricing based on current service rates

Client Responsibility

To receive the full value of Momentum 365, clients are expected to:
✔ Attend scheduled quarterly check-ins
✔ Respond to communication requests in a timely manner
✔ Provide accurate and complete information
